Just found your site, I have a '66 G80 in a basket that I'm starting to restore, bought and rode the bike in 1980 and had more "smiles per mile" than any other bike I've ever owned. Looks to be a great club.

I have just bought a 1957 500 Twin Matchless & also enough spares to build a second 500 Twin AJS.
Will concentrate on the Matchless first as it is complete and in running order but I will strip it and rebuild wherever it is nesecary to bring it back as new.

Ist time reader. I'mnot good with the computer yet but see it's value. I would like to know the email address of the web site to download free manuals etc. I found it once but my printer wasn't working correctly. Now I have a new one but can't find it again. I downloaded most of a Lucas generator repair manual. Thanks mswem@aol.com

Great site, didn't know that an AJS would make it that far! I am a "born again" biker and enjoy sports bikes, moto x, trials but most of all my 1955 AJS "Jampot" 18S. Can't wait for dry summer roads (if the rain ever stops)!

Hi all the best in the US of A, hope you do not have to face the problems were having at the moment with foot and mouth, a lot of events shows and jumbles are at agricultral centers and so have been cancelled, though this is giving me time to sort out my leaking tin chaincase and I may even suceed. :-)
